Dr. Schuelke grew up right in Richmond, Rhode Island and even worked at Wood River Animal Hospital as a technician prior to graduating from the University of Rhode Island with her Animal Science degree in 2016.
Dr. Boy grew up in Southeastern New Hampshire and received a BA in Microbiology and MS in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987, then completed a Large Animal Surgery Internship at Cornell University in 1988, and a Residency in Large Animal Internal Medicine at University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990.
Joe Impellizeri DVM, DACVIM (Oncology), MRCVS of Veterinary Oncology Services, is a 1994 graduate of Cornell University who became a Diplomate in the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, subspecialty of Oncology in 2005.
Dr. Diamanti graduated from St. George’s University and completed an ambulatory and surgical internship at Rhinebeck Equine. It was the experience and knowledge she gained during her internship that led Dr. Diamanti to pursue certification in integrative therapies.
Courtney started work at Wood River in May of 2007 as a lead Receptionist. She has been working full time as our Practice Manager since October of 2012, and assists the doctors, technicians, and reception staff throughout each day.
